GR8 Tech has published a new video series demonstrating the capabilities of its Unified Back Office (UBO) tool and how it can help igaming operators.
UBO serves as a simplified platform management tool using a single-window interface, which consolidates control over multiple modules, offers real-time metrics and ensures KYC compliance.
Through its UBO, GR8 also offers igaming operators a drag-and-drop functionality and the choice of custom categories to better optimise the players’ experience – which is all explained in the video series, hosted by GR8 Tech’s Head of Product, Yurii Shevchenko.
Shevchenko added: “Over the course of six episodes, the viewers get a deep dive into real operator pain points like solving player deposit and withdrawal issues, personalising iGaming platforms, setting up multisport widgets, AI sports personalization, using KYC tools for player verification, and promoting iGaming content providers.”
GR8 is able to offer its UBO tool across a number of high-value markets thanks to its activations which span from Europe to South America.
Most recently, the company expanded in South America after being granted a B2B gaming supplier licence by Peru’s Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism.
