Yggdrasil continues Italian expansion with Eurobet deal

Yggdrasil Gaming has announced another significant deal, expanding its reach within Italy following a partnership with Eurobet.it.

Under the terms of the deal, the operator is to gain access to all of the Yggdrasil titles that are certified under Italian regulations.

In addition to being complimented with the suppliers titles, Eurobet will also receive Boost, Yggdrasil’s in game promotional tools collection, and Brag, its social sharing tool.

Yggdrasil CEO Fredrik Elmqvist said: “Yggdrasil continues to make significant progress in Italy, and this deal with Eurobet.it positions us well to reach even more customers in the exciting Italian market.

“We made a strategic commitment to grow our footprint in Italy, and partnering with respected operators such as Eurobet.it is a crucial part of this process.”

Alfredo Melloni, Eurobet.it Head of Gaming, added: “We are always looking to strengthen our content portfolio, so we were thrilled when Yggdrasil entered the Italian market and are even more delighted to bring their games to our customers.

“We have a strong focus on innovation, so a partnership with Yggdrasil is a perfect fit, and we look forward to building a strong relationship with the team going forward.”

This news follows a duo of announcements earlier this month, ensuring the online and mobile casino games providers finish the year strongly.

Firstly an extension of the firms reach within Denmark was revealed, courtesy of a deal to go live with Danske Spil, via the GVC platform, with GVC brand bwin.dk also set to benefit.

In addition, Yggdrasil also announced an expansion into the multiplayer bingo world, in a move designed to offer players a “flexible and modern bingo experience.”
