AS Roma gains official Asian regional betting partner

Italian football club AS Roma has announced a new commercial partnership with Asian online betting company KB88.com.

Under the terms of the agreement the Philippines based brand will become the club’s official regional betting partner, although the length of the deal was not disclosed.

Luca Danovaro, Chief Marketing Officer of AS Roma, said: “This is a new and important partnership in a fast-growing market like Asia, where we are expecting to see a lot of new opportunities in the coming years.

“KB88.com will be an ideal partner, one that has both popularity and experience in providing activities for the Asian public.”

The deal allows KB88.com to use AS Roma’s image and identity in promotions and services throughout Asia, whilst also allowing football fans on the continent to get closer to the club courtesy of a range of activities and promotions.

Both parties will also utilise the partnership to develop new opportunities in the Asian market.

Ben Davies, KB88.com representative, added: “Serie A is well-followed in Asia and AS Roma is an outstanding team. Through this partnership we are confident that our brand can reach new heights.”

This agreement with Serie A side AS Roma follows a deal with Dutch Eredivisie outfit AFC Ajax in June of this year, whereby KB88.com become the clubs official Asian betting partner.
