Omni-channel platform provider TG Lab has expanded its presence within the European igaming market after it was granted a Critical Gaming Supply Licence by the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA).
Malta is the latest jurisdiction to grant a supplier licence to TG Lab, as the supplier’s turnkey technology has already gained certification in Sweden, Denmark, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.
William Jur, TG Lab VP of Business Development, said: “Securing our MGA B2B licence is a major milestone for our business as we continue our expansion. Our omni-channel iGaming software service is now more readily available and enables us to strike more mutually beneficial partnerships.
“Speed to market of localised solutions is vital and our modular approach ensures this commitment delivers unceasingly. We are ready to back our partners in any regulated market they target, anywhere in the world. That is part of our core strategy and it works well.”
Continuing to expand its presence across regulated markets, TG Lab has already outlined plans to expand into Spain, the United Kingdom and Australia.
Earlier this week, the MGA cancelled the licence of Playbay Malta Limited, which operates HDbets.com, after the regulator identified ‘systemic deficiencies’ in its adherence of AML/CFT obligations.
As a result, Playbay Malta will no longer be authorised to carry out any gaming operations, register new players or accept new customer deposits.
