EveryMatrix: Groundbreaking omnichannel partnerships and bringing a ‘unique’ ICE experience

In the final quarter of 2024, EveryMatrix broke new ground when it announced the signing of its first-ever omnichannel partnership with ArenaCasino in Croatia.

SBC News’ Senior Journalist, Jessie Sale, explored the significance of the deal with Ivan Rozic, Head of Sales at OddsMatrix, who outlined the company’s ambitions for its comprehensive solution.

Replacing ArenaCasino’s existing tech stack, the omnichannel solution from EveryMatrix provides the operators with its casino and sportsbook platforms across its shop estate and online brand.

This, Rozic detailed, gives customers a seamless multichannel experience across retail, online and mobile through one single wallet.

He said: “The whole goal was to think about it from a player’s perspective. When we’re developing and thinking of features, we’re always holding them in mind. [For example], if I have a retail ticket that is placed in a shop and I take it home and I’m watching the game, I don’t want to be bothered by going back to cash it, I want to do it from my phone.

“So we develop features that make players’ lives easier, therefore making the businesses that we’re working with more profitable.”

The omnichannel solution will be front and centre for EveryMatrix at next week’s ICE Barcelona and Rozic was keen to detail the “unique” experience that the firm will be bringing to the event.

He explained that as well as its main EveryMatrix stand the company will have two other locations in Barcelona. Both PartnerMatrix, the company’s affiliate marketing arm, and OddsMatrix, its turnkey sportsbook solution, will have their own sports at the conference.

“I’m going to be focused on the sportsbook stand and I can tell you first-hand that it’s going to be a bit different than the other ones,” said Rozic.

“We’ve made it into a sports bar where we hope visitors are going to be feeling a bit more relaxed. We are going to have a lot of different footage and memorabilia, [such as] shirts and balls from the Champions League and World Cups, so I think some of the items on the stand are going to make people feel welcome like they do in their local pubs.”

Another feature that will be on display at ICE is OddsMatrix’s bet simulator tool, which can play out a bet in a customer’s selection based on statistics and probabilities ahead of the event taking place in real life.

Rozic explained that the origin of this feature came from EveryMatrix working closely with its partners to understand the ever-evolving needs of players.

“The whole point of it was that players nowadays are used to instant gratification,” he said. “Live betting was just a couple of markets in the beginning and it started spreading and now we’re talking about micro markets and bets that can be resolved within minutes.

“[With Bet Simulator], you can simulate the results of games where the system takes the odds and probabilities and you get your ticket [settled] right away. I think for the customers it will be fun to try and we’ve seen that the adoption from users has been great in some markets where it has picked up pace.”
