US based cross platform games developer GSN Games (Sony Corporation subsidiary) has confirmed its full acquisition of social casino games developer/studio Plumbee.
Announcing its acquisition (financial terms undisclosed), GSN confirmed that it had acquired all Plumbee business assets including staff, brands, content, gaming portfolio and IP’s.
The acquisition will see GSN become the sole stakeholder in Plumbee equity, taking over from previous venture backers Endemol and Idinvest Partners.
Plumbee CEO and Co-founder Raf Keustermans will continue to lead the social gambling operator under GSN ownership working as General Manager.
