Oasis fans may not be looking back in anger for much longer with Betway quoting short odds of 5/4 for the Mancunian band to announce their reunion in 2017. 
A reunion is reportedly edging closer little by little with the release of a feature length biopic on the band coming out next month. The betting markets are suggesting a return for the Gallagher brothers is definitely maybe on the cards.
Betway is currently offering 3/1 for the reunion to happen this year, and it’s the same price for 2018 to be the year when the legendary band decide to patch up their troubled relationship.
It is 4/1 for the Wonderwall singers to get back together in 2019, and 5/1 for a reunion to be half the world away and not happen by 2020. Given the Gallagher brothers’ stormy past and regular spats, many fans will have let their hopes for a reunion fade away but if the bookmakers are to be believed they should keep the dream alive.
Betway’s Alan Alger, commented: “The betting suggests that 2017 is the most likely year for Oasis to get back together at 5/4. But with the band’s biopic set to be released next month, some might say that our offer of 3/1 for Oasis to reform by the end of this year is good value.”
