Mansion Group shuts down all B2C brands

Mansion Group has notified affiliates and media partners that it has closed all B2C operations of its flagship brands Casino.com and MansionCasino.com.

This weekend, affiliates were sent a communication detailing: “After careful consideration and evaluation of our business operations, we have made the difficult decision to close B2C operations of our gaming brands, Casino.com and MansionCasino.com.”

“We regret to inform you that we will be ceasing gaming operations on both Casino.com and MansionCasino.com on 26 October 2023 at 09:00 CET.”

The Gibraltar-based operator cited that all B2C casino brands will be permanently unavailable to all players.

Affiliates were informed to proceed with closing their accounts by 31 October, in which Mansion Group will process earnings of a $10 minimum.

Mansion further detailed its aim to close all access to its affiliate programme by 31 November.

“We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this process and wish you well for the future… Warm regards, Mansion Affiliates Team.”

At the start of 2023, Mansion Group announced its exit from the UK gambling market, choosing to withdraw its full online casino portfolio of Casino.com, MansionCasino.com and SlotsHeaven.com

The exit followed Mansion terminating its flagship MansionBet sportsbook from the UK market in 2022, as leadership chose to consolidate the business as an online casino operator.

Following a streamline of its business, Mansion had stated that it would focus on “profitable markets where it currently operates.”

Founded in 2004, Mansion was launched as a deep-pocketed challenger sportsbook and online casino brand aiming to take market share from legacy competitors of William Hill, Ladbrokes, Betfred and Coral.

SBCNews awaits further information from Mansion Group regarding its B2C closure.
