SOFTSWISS: we have raised the bar for game aggregation

Fair pricing, a wide portfolio of games and suppliers as well as a streamlined integration have been identified as the top priorities that igaming companies look for when partnering with a game aggregator, according to new research by Kantar.

The research, commissioned by SOFTSWISS, aimed to assess how betting and gaming companies approach partnerships with suppliers before garnering opinion on how SOFTSWISS’ partners feel about their collaboration.

The number of licences that a game aggregation provider holds also increased in significance according to the research, with 47% of those surveyed highlighting this as an important factor compared to 32% in 2022.

When it comes to client satisfaction, Kantar’s research indicated that 93% of SOFTSWISS’ network of partners were satisfied with its Game Aggregator product. This was compounded by “53% of the respondents giving highly positive feedback, rating it between 9 and 10 points”.

This, SOFTSWISS explained, marks an increase on last year’s figures where 37% of respondents gave the provider the “highest ratings”.

Tatyana Kaminskaya, Head of SOFTSWISS Game Aggregator, commented: “We are happy to receive such positive recognition, witnessing the increasing satisfaction and noting the areas for further growth.

“This difference in the share of completely satisfied clients in 2022 and 2023 proves that we know how to handle feedback well. We have considered the results of last year’s survey, worked on clients’ requests, and succeeded in providing the top level service to bring our client’s business to a new stage.”

SOFTSWISS’ favourable results were influenced by a number of factors, including the speed of response to unscheduled maintenance requests and stable access to games.

Andrey Starovoitov, Co-CEO at SOFTSWISS, added: “We are very focused on our clients, analysing their demands and pain points. Understanding our clients is key to developing innovative products, improving service and building long-term, reliable partnerships.

“Research results like this are another step towards strengthening our ecosystem of solutions and products and, consequently, our clients’ competitiveness and revenue. We are pleased that the latest results show high satisfaction with our flagship product, the SOFTSWISS Game Aggregator, and our service.

“We have raised the bar significantly and are determined to consistently push the boundaries of work standards in the igaming industry.”
