EveryMatrix ups CasinoEngine gamification tools with CompetitionLabs

EveryMatrix will boost its player engagement dynamics by launching CompetitionLabs gamification solutions across its CasinoEngine platform.

The partnership will see EveryMatrix make CompetitionLabs’ gamification components (tournaments, challenges, leaderboards and missions) available to CasinoEngine clients.

In an update to partners, EveryMatrix underlined the ‘positive effects’ of gamification components in improving player engagement and loyalty beyond standardised bonus incentives.

Stian Enger Pettersen, CEO of CasinoEngine, explained: “EveryMatrix helps customers to differentiate and innovate their businesses through our solutions, and CompetitionsLabs’ gamification platform is an excellent fit for us.

“Thanks to this integration, our casino clients can now take full advantage of this real-time toolkit to quickly roll out tournaments and missions, and we are confident that players will be excited by the skinnable widgets.”

News of the EveryMatrix partnership follows last week’s announcement by the B2B technology group that its CasinoEngine has been selected by Gibraltar-based BetVictor as lead platform to revamp its online casino product.

Operating since 2015, Malta-based CompetitionLabs brands itself as the industry’s leading developer in tailor-made igaming gamification experiences, building new components for Betsson, QuickSpin and RISQ.

Julian Steinwender, Chief Engagement Officer of CompetitionLabs, stated: “EveryMatrix is a great partner to work with and we believe that their commitment to both customers and players alike has been showcased for the past decade. “

“CasinoEngine is a high-performing product and our gamification platform will help them increase their customer engagement even more. We understand that gamification can be daunting, which is where the CompetitionLabs software and consulting services can help out.”
