Hellas index recognises SG Digital as top tech employer 

The annual ‘Hellas – Great Place to Work’ index has ranked SG Digital among Greece’s top technology and digital sector employers.

 Ranking seventh in the overall company index, SG Digital was recognised for developing ‘excellent workplace learning environments’ and supporting all levels of its workforce with ‘effective talent management’ programmes and resources.  

Scientific Games’ digital unit was joined in the top ten index by some of Greece’s biggest employers including DHL, AXA Insurance and Groupama and Epsilon Net.

The ‘Great Place to Work’ index is published annually by the Hellas business institute, recognising the companies which benefit Greece’s employment and economic development.  

Since 2015, SG Digital (formerly OpenBet) has operated an Athens operational hub to lead the development and maintenance of its OpenSports and OpenGaming platforms.

In 2017, SG Digital announced that it would significantly invest in its Athens offices, developing a further engineering unit to support its product development capabilities.
