Updating the market, London AIM-listed mobile casino and social games operator Gaming Realms Plc has informed that it has entered into a strategic partnership with London digital marketing specialist agency Ayima.

The partnership will see Gaming Realms hand over control of media buying and performance marketing subsidiary QuickThink Media Limited to Ayima.

Ayima will now act as lead online marketing and player acquisition agency for Gaming Realms brands and assets.

Disposing of QuickThink Media, Gaming Realms has been issued with new shares in Ayima representing 10% of company equity. The Consideration Shares will be held on the balance sheet of Gaming Realms and have been valued by the company at approximately £540,000.

Gaming Realms acquired QuickThink Media for £2 million from bingo operator Cashcade Gaming in December 2013 as a new igaming operator entering the highly saturated UK online casino market.

QuickThink Media would lead Gaming Realms player acquisition services focusing on digital and social media channels.  It is believed that Gaming Realms governance disposes of its marketing asset with a view of focusing on the firm’s operational and development capabilities.
