Raketech recruits Hills and Parsons as new MDs overseeing Malta and US operations

Raketech Plc has confirmed the dual appointment of Ian Hills and Danielle Parsons as new Managing Directors of its respective Malta and North American business units.

The Nordic Nasdaq media publisher has moved to reorganise its senior management ranks to match its heightened 2022 commercial objectives with a view to grow its media network across multiple regulated online gambling markets.

Taking the role of Malta MD, Ian Hills joins Raketech from competitor Blexr Media, where he previously served in the leadership roles of General Manager and Head of Finance and Commercial Planning (2019-2021).

Hills will lead the day-to-day operations of Raketech’s Malta HQ, supporting the publisher’s international teams to reach their strategic objectives.

Raketech has appointed former GAN executive Danielle Parsons to lead the development of its North American media expansion.

Based out of Chicago, Parsons joins Raketech from US specialist igaming systems provider GAN – where she formally served as Senior Director of Product Partnerships.

Parsons will be tasked with overseeing the performance of Raketech’s US media portfolio that was enlarged in 2021, taking control of the leading US sports tipster communities of  Winnersandwhiners.com, Statsalt.com and Pickpapa.com.
