XLMedia confirms departure of Yehuda Dahan as CFO

London AIM-listed industry affiliate marketing publisher XLMedia Plc has confirmed that Yehuda Dahan has informed corporate governance of his decision to step down as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with immediate effect.

Updating stakeholders, XLMedia governance has moved to install Liat Hellman, the current financial lead of subsidiary portal Webpals, as his interim replacement.

Led by Chairman Chris Bell, the XLMedia board has begun its executive search for Dahan’s permanent replacement, in which the company will provide shareholder updates in due course.

Confirming the executive departure, Bell commented: “We’d like to extend our thanks to Yehuda for his long‐standing contribution to the Group. We wish him every success for his future endeavours.”

The appointment of XLMedia’s new CFO will likely be a first key directive for inbound Chief Executive Stuart Sims, who was announced this summer as the leadership replacement of company founder Ory Weihs, who is set to depart the London AIM enterprise this October.

Weihs, who founded the company in 2003, will remain on the XLMedia board as a Non-executive Director supporting Stuart Sims through the corporate transition.
