Probability COO Matthew Sunderland Resigns

probablityProbability mobile software and mobile gaming operator brands Moobile and Ladylucks casino have announced that chief operating officer Matthew Sunderland has resigned from his position and
left the company to pursue opportunities outside of the UK. An official statement from Probability PLC the mobile operator mentioned that there are no immediate plans to appoint a replacement, as the company would carefully asses how to replace Mr Sunderland.

Matthew Sunderland joined Probability PLC as an igaming start up in 2009 as Commercial Director. In April 2013 Mr Sunderland was appointed COO of mobile gaming operations.

Probability PLC saw a 20 percent increase in net gaming revenue, to £8.6m from £7.2mln in the previous financial year, although share option payments plus a charge related to an acquisition meant earnings before intrest, tax, depreciation and amortisation was negative, with a loss of £398,000 versus a loss the previous year of £444,000. Cash and cash equivalents at the end of March stood at £3.4mln, up from £1.8mln a year earlier.
