Israeli Sports Betting Board Extends Partnership with Scientific Games

Nasdaq listed Scientific Games Corporation announced that it had signed a further two-year contract extension to serve as the primary vendor to supply a central management system and maintenance services to the Israeli Sports Betting Board (ISBB). Scientific Games Corporation sees the partnership extension renewed till February 2016.

Scientific Games will continue to service and operate Israels current central betting system. Currently the central betting system operates 1,600 points-of-sale throughout Israel,further providing 24-hour support, seven days a week for the ISBB.

In addition to providing 24-hour support, seven days a week for the ISBB, Scientific Games has delivered software add-ons. The Company has also provided 1,800 high-performance WAVE™ terminals featuring a small footprint, high-speed scanner and printer for ISBB points-of-sale, Scientific Games will also provide the ISBB with further betting applications and innovations with the renewal of its partnership.

ISBB reported total revenue of approximately $500 million (USD) in 2012. The ISBB is a founding member of the European Football Pool and is the state-owned licensed entity that offers sports betting games in Israel, with the most popular games being the weekly Toto 16 and the daily Winner.
