The Swedish Gambling Inspectorate, Spelinspektionen, has updated its response to the Swedish government’s consultation for amendments to the 2018 Gambling Act as part of the Gambling Market Inquiry. Swedish addiction support charity calls for quick loans intervention

Sweden split on calls for the ‘moderation of gambling advertising’

Sweden’s Ministry of Finance has published a memorandum proposing that gambling advertising should be forced to carry a ‘moderation warning’, mirroring alcohol advertising.
