Sports betting and gaming operator William Hill have appointed UK based media and creative advertising agency Creature, to handle creative advertising and creative content for William Hill. The agency deal is thought to be worth £15 million in ad-spend and will see the agency work with William Hill on several marketing campaigns and projects.
London based Creature, a UK based marketing strategy, advertising and design agency, was awarded the after it pitched to the William Hill management. Creature have taken over William Hill creative output from previous agency Fabula, who declined to re- pitch for the operators contract.
William Hill called a review last November 2013, with a view to review its creative content and messaging. The operator opened the creative pitch to several creative strategy agencies.
William Hill’s media planning and buying account, which is held by Vizeum, is not affected by the operators selection.
