Olybet – Granted Gaming License in Lithuania

olybetLast Friday the 13th of December 2013, Olympic Entertainment Group, the holding company of Olybet sports betting brand was granted a sports betting and gaming license allowing the operator to offer and promote gaming products to Lithuania citizens. Olybet are set to target the region by opening sports betting cafes and offering customer sports betting services online

Olympic Entertainment Group, operate sports betting brand – Olybet.com which operates both online betting services and high street betting services through its bookmaker cafes . The operators brand has been extending its profile and throughout  Eastern Europe This year Olybet has gained licenses in Latvia and Estonia.

The Olybet brand has launched online, the betting cafes are set to open this August, the betting cafes will replace 10 Olympic Entertainment’s existing casino lounges in Estonia and 7 in Latvia. Bar patrons will not be allowed to use the companies terminals to place any wagers.

Olympic Entertainment further stated that as of August 1 it would  be converging all igaming brands under the new brand name OlyBet, in order to improve online customer journey and help simplify group branding.

Last August Olympic Entertainment also announced that it had reached an agreement to open Estonia’s first luxury Hilton hotel and casino complex in late 2015.
