Isle of Man Post Office’s Integrated Mailing Solutions (IMS) division has launched a digital scratch card product in partnership with Bluefish Media (BFIG) that can be incorporated with traditional and digital direct mail campaigns. IMS is Isle of Man Post Office’s specialist communications division providing direct mailing and response solutions to the gaming industry.
Lisa Duckworth, Commercial Director, Isle of Man Post Office, commented: “Many operators use direct mail to great affect for customer acquisition and retention, by sending physical scratch cards in their direct mail mailings. However, an advance in technology and the increasing use of smart phone devices has led to an emerging mix of traditional and digital direct mail campaigns and the introduction of digital scratch cards. We can now offer customers the choice of incorporating a Quick Response (QR) code in the mail piece -which links directly to a digital scratch card – or continue the traditional way by sending out a physical scratch card as part of the direct mail piece, allowing for quicker response and instant engagement with the player, and incremental sales for the operator.”
