Delasport descended onto the show floor of SBC Summit Lisbon to discuss how it is helping to meet the needs of B2C operators through the differentiation of its sportsbook features.
The company’s CEO, Oren Cohen Schwartz, explained that one of the biggest challenges facing operators in the current market is player retention, as the player loyalty level is “not so great”.
As a result, he continued, it is important that sportsbook platform providers, like Delasport, add a range of features that allow operators to “interact and engage with players on top of content”.
“All operators have the same content, the same games, the same [Novak] Djokovic and the same Manchester [United]” explained Cohen Schwartz. “They need something else on top of this content that everybody has.
“This comes with gamification of missions, a quick way to bet, personalisation, recommendations and a unique way to bet. We have a mix and match [feature] that you can pick from different games and create content of your own, each player can do that and we have a feature called My Combo that is a way to place a combo ticket.”
“[Its] just doing everything that allows the operators to engage and interact with players and giving a better betting experience for them.”
During the interview, Cohen Schwartz also highlighted how personalisation is at the heart of Delasport’s casino solution which is “making waves in different markets”.
He said: “For the casino, we built a lot of features that are great for the casino players. We have personalisation for them to offer recommendations for games that are relevant for them, whether they are recreational players or high rollers.
“We have missions and tournaments that are across all different games, in-game deposit options. [We also have] hot and cold slots so players can see which games are paying and which games are colder. We are just doing our best to leverage their betting experience.”
