Key accumulator match – Man City v Watford – AccaTracker Analysis

accatrackerThe ominous form of the blue half of Manchester means that punters up and down the country are putting their faith in Manchester City to underpin their weekend multiple bets.

Data from AccaTracker, the mobile app that helps punters keep on top of their bets, shows that last year’s top two teams, City and Chelsea, are key components to many people’s football accumulators this weekend.

City host newly promoted Watford, while Chelsea have a far more tricky match against London neighbours Crystal Palace, but that hasn’t stopped the match being an acca favourite going into the latest round of games. Liverpool’s match against West Ham completes the top three and reflects a more usual round up of bankers.

Marketing director Tim Pindar commented: “What’s interesting you are starting to see the top teams of the season start to solidify. After people dipped their toes into the new season in the first couple of weeks, people are starting to build combination acca’s, which means that bookies will probably start seeing a rise in total turnover per user.”

Pindar added: “It’s a good weekend for on paper ‘Bankers’ and, given last week’s numerous draws, some people will be looking to win some money back. Given that it’s a payday Bank Holiday weekend, depositing should also be high.”
