TEAM FA has released the latest version of the AccaTracker iOS app, the largest independent football results and bet-tracking app. The app is in its third iteration, with headline features including the ability for a user to build accumulators across 100 football leagues, bet placement with the major sportsbooks, live results tracking and real-time notifications.

Jamie Knowlson, CEO and co-founder of TEAM FA, commented: “We’ve spent the summer taking the very best elements of the last two versions of our app, using our social network to take direct user feedback, working with our bookmaker partners and we’ve responded with what we think is a pretty cool mobile app focusing on usability and speed.

“We still believe there is nothing like this out there, and with the volume of bets and Acca’s being placed last season we’ve spent what was supposed to be the quiet Summer months rebuilding all the tech behind it, and think we are in a good spot to continue the growth and keep users engaged with us in this new football season.”

One of the big changes for the AccaTracker has been the reduction of screens to both find and build an accumulator. Where navigation in the past has involved knowing kickoff times and the various leagues, changes in layout now allows the user to quickly navigate the app and the introduction of a bet-basket brings the bet placement to within easy reach.

We have also introduced live match stats and faster alerts, which we feel consolidates a lot of various apps in the marketplace.”

Another feature in the new version of AccaTracker, is behind the scenes, away from the customers eyes. Knowlson explained: “We’ve built a whole new CMS to greatly improve our management of the app. We can now target users based on bet selections, bet history and whether or not the customer has an account with a certain partner.

“With over 750’000 accounts registered with the app, we can’t just bombard them all with the same offers and updates, so we have introduced the ability to drill all the way down to a individual user. At its basic level, if a user has an account with say a Coral or a Betfair, we won’t be sending you a ‘Join now’ message for these partners but can tailor exciting offers and promotions for them instead.  Something our partners are already looking to take advantage of!“

The new app is currently live in the app store and can be downloaded here.
