Betsys lauds consecutive listing as Deloitte ‘Fast-50’ CE enterprise

Betsys, the technology unit of STS Group, has been recognised by global auditing group Deloitte as one of the fastest-growing tech companies operating in Central Europe.

For a second consecutive year, Prague-based Betsys has ranked in Deloitte’s “Fast 50 Tech” index for Central Europe, listed as 39th amongst the fastest growing enterprises of Europe’s most dynamic tech scene.

The Deloitte index recognised Betsys achievement of ‘registering +216% revenue growth over four years, whilst increasing its workforce to 120 software developers and engineers’.

Betsys Chief Executive Jiri Najman remarked on the recognition: “This year’s edition of Deloitte ranking is a record-breaker not only in terms of growth in revenue of listed companies but also in the number of companies that applied – there were as many as 450, 150 companies more than last year

“To be amongst the 50 selected winners in such a competitive environment, and for the second year in a row, is a great success and motivation for the future development of Betsys.”

A venture investor of Betsys, last year STS Gaming, Poland’s biggest betting group, moved to acquire Betsys’ business outright. The investment was undertaken to strengthen STS’ technology capacity ahead of market expansions across the UK and further European jurisdictions.

Betsys now serves as the full spectrum technology provider for STS Group, ensuring its provisions for sports betting, live, retail, virtual sports, online casino

STS is currently undertaking a pre-market bookbuild, in which the company seeks to raise PLN 4 billion (€850m) ahead of its Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE) listing scheduled for 10 December.
