SBC Challenges in Compliance Survey

In order to better understand the current landscape, SBC are running the Challenges in Compliance Survey 2023, the biggest compliance survey in the industry.

The survey takes around 5 minutes to complete, and is split into three sections, Compliance, Fraud and Onboarding. The survey will help us to gain insight into the most challenging aspects of compliance as an operator, including on licensing, verification, affordability, fraud, bonus abuse and onboarding.

Survey respondents will get early access to SBC’s published reports on the results, as well as being invited to a live webinar analysing the results in further detail, wherein you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions to a panel of experts on the survey’s findings.
