IGT wins Massachusetts State Lottery systems & terminal applications contract

Following a competitive tender, New York-listed gambling technology supplier International Game Technology (IGT) has won the contract to supply the Massachusetts State Lottery Commission (Massachusetts Lottery) provisions to supply its central system and terminal software.

The new systems and terminal contract sees IGT extend its supplier services for the Massachusetts Lottery, a customer since 1996. New provisions for the Massachusetts Lottery will include an improved integrated website and new marketing along with new business intelligence tools for the lottery provider.

The IGT team has begun integration of its new system and terminal applications with the  Massachusetts Lottery which generated record sales of $5.234 billion in its fiscal year 2016 and ranks number one in the world in per capita sales.
