‘Made in Germany’…GIG launches Wetten.com

Oslo-listed Gaming Innovation Group (GIG) has announced the launch of new German-language online sportsbook Wetten.com delivered through its industry platform subsidiary iGaming Cloud.

Wetten.com becomes the first betting operator to be launched on the iGaming Cloud platform, utilising GIG groups Malta Class 4 Remote Gaming License.

GIG’s Wetten.com partnership has seen the company partner with German sports betting industry veterans Daniel Bradtke (Wetten CEO) and Gabriel Vollmann (Wetten COO), who will lead the new brand’s growth and strategy initiatives as Wetten seeks significant growth in the markets in Germany, Switzerland and Austria.

Bringing Wetten.com to market,  Bradtke and Vollmann who have over 25-years’ experience in German betting and gaming, stated that early stage Wetten.com goals were to convince a demanding German digital consumer of the new brands trusted reliability, simplicity and excellent service.

As Wetten CEO Daniel Bradtke commented on Wetten.com’slaunch: “Wetten.com aims at a specific target group in the German speaking markets  who appreciate integrity, transparency and most of all a great user experience…So one could truly say: Wetten.com is “Wetten made in Germany”.
