ThePOGG complaints returns $2.5m to online gambling players

Online gambling community, ThePOGG.com has revealed that its player complaints services have returned over $2.5 million back to punters in betting-related consumer disputes.

Updating the market, ThePOGG marks the figure as a major milestone achieved for the service which has been in operations for four years.

Since its launch, the ThePOGG has recorded a 150% increase in players utilising its dispute services, with the online community detailing that it currently returns approximately $62,500 on average back to players each month.

ThePOGG has become so effective at solving online gambling consumer disputes, that it has been approved by the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) as a syndicated Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme.

Led by industry marketing veteran Duncan Garvie, ThePOGG is a community which has placed transparency and fair-play at the heart of its engagement and referals with online gambling operators.

A spokesperson for ThePOGG.com said: “It has been a privilege to assist so many players recovering funds to date and we sincerely hope that the money returned has made a significant difference to the lives of the player’s and their families.”

ThePOGG.com further boasts a free Responsible Gambling app-  BetBlocker, developed for vulnerable players who struggle to control gambling habits, by allowing  BetBlocker to restrict access to gambling devices or apps offered by over 6,500  gambling domains.
