Cherry’s Game Lounge strengthens UK and German coverage with Interclick acquisition

Cherry Gaming affiliate network Game Lounge has strengthened its European coverage by confirming the acquisition of industry affiliate Interclick Limited for a sum of $1.5 million (£1.1 million).

Interclick has been an active affiliate in the UK and German markets for the past 14 years, and services a network of 40 industry domains. Game Lounge stated that the acquisition would help Cherry brands grow in the competitive markets of the UK and Germany.

The acquisition is fully financed through cash by Game Lounge operations and is expected to increase revenue with approximately €1,3m and EBITDA figures by more than €1m annually

Game Lounge stated that the deal is expected to generate ROI in less than eighteen months. The acquisition will be integrated into Game Lounge’s existing operations and create new external affiliate-income and also support the Cherry brands.
