Betgenius appoints Alonso Jibaja as LATAM commercial lead

Industry technology and platform provider Betgenius (Genius Sports subsidiary) has confirmed the appointment of Alonso Jibaja as its strategic Head of Business Development for the Latin America (LATAM) region.

Jibaja joins Betgenius’ commercial management team from BetConstruct, where he most recently served as Regional Director for South America.

Matt Stephenson, Managing Director at Betgenius, commented on the appointment of Jibaja : “The LatAm region presents a huge opportunity for us and I am delighted to welcome someone of Alonso’s calibre onto our team to capitalise on that.”

As Betgenius’ business development lead for the LATAM region, Jibaja will be tasked with leading the firm’s commercial development with new and established South American gambling enterprises.
