Russell Yershon has been working in the sports betting industry for more than 8 years, and specialises in gaming, marketing and operations. He is currently Head of UK Sportsbook for Titanbet, a role he has held since December 2013.
It’s this experience that qualifies Russell to sit on a star studded panel at this year’s #bofcon at Stamford Bridge (April 21).
He will be part of the ‘Club Call’ panel covering customer engagement, activation and retaining momentum between the end of the Euros and the start of the new season.

Which Football club do you support?
Arsenal.
How do you judge their season so far?
How long have you got? Arsenal have been so inconsistent this year which has left us in a difficult position in the Premier League. It started from the opening game, losing at home to West Ham, and most recently losing at home to Swansea.
Why did you want to speak at Betting on Football 2016?
After taking away valuable learning’s from last year’s conference, I am happy to be on a panel to share strategies we have adopted in retaining Sportsbook players.
What will you be discussing on your panel session?
We will be discussing strategies that can be adopted to retain players from the July 10 (Final of Euro 2016) to the start of the 2016/17 Football Season. Engaging the customer though smart retention offers as well as cross-sell and ante-post promotions can stop the immediate churn.
What are you most excited about ahead of the conference?
To meet fellow peers in the industry as well as new suppliers and potential partners for our Sportsbook.
