Manuel Stan – Kindred US

Stockholm-listed online gambling firm Kindred Group Plc has confirmed that it has extended its sports betting platform agreement with Kambi Group Plc, servicing its upcoming New Jersey property.

Inbound for 2019, Kindred will launch its first US-centric online gambling property operating under the domain of its flagship Unibet brand.

Making its US debut in the Garden State, Unibet US will be powered by SG Digital ‘Open Gaming Platform’ as lead systems provider, supported by Kambi Group as lead sportsbook software solutions supplier.

Updating stakeholders, Manuel Stan Senior VP of Kindred US details: “We are of course delighted to add this final piece to our product offering towards customers in New Jersey. Kindred and Kambi have a long and successful history together, which we intend to develop further as we prepare to enter the New Jersey market. I am particularly pleased that we are now ready to offer customers in New Jersey a truly great experience in a safe and secure environment”.

Kindred governance declared its US market entry this August, confirming that it had secured a 5+5-year arrangement, servicing interactive provisions for Hard Rock International’s ‘Hotel & Casino – Atlantic City’ property.

The agreement sees Kambi continue its legacy partnership with Stockholm counterpart Kindred, as the sportsbook technology continues to advance its ‘East Coast profile’, closing a successful year-1 for its US operations.
